What Ice Timer Pro is for, how to use it and the rights you keep.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Ice Timer Pro website and explain the app’s intended use. Ice Timer Pro is provided by AZOROS PTY LTD, Melbourne, Australia. Contact hello@azoros.com.au with questions.
The app is currently in development. The website’s interactive scene and images show the design vision; final screens or features may change. The scrolling demonstration is not a running session timer. This website is not an offer of a particular price, subscription or release date.
A timer and guide
Ice Timer Pro helps you time and record sessions. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe an exposure time or promise a health outcome. A duration shown in the app is a timer setting, not a recommendation that it is safe for you.
Check with a doctor before cold-water immersion. Never plunge alone. Do not rely on the app to monitor your condition or alert another person. Stop if you feel unwell. Read and follow the in-app safety information before use.
Using the app and website
Use the app and website lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, misuse the service or reproduce protected content without permission or another legal right.
You control the information you enter and choose to share. Check your settings, sound output and Siri controls on dry land before using them during a session.
Timing displays, audio, notifications and Live Activities depend on the device, operating system, permissions and available resources. Calls, low volume, interruptions or system settings may affect their operation. The app is not an emergency service or a substitute for supervision.
Apple services & licence
Use of the iPhone app is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and app licence. Where no custom licence is provided, Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement applies. These website terms do not replace that licence.
Optional Apple Health, Siri, Shortcuts and other Apple features are subject to Apple’s terms and your settings. External services you choose to open have their own terms.
Your rights & our content
AZOROS and its licensors retain rights in the app, website, artwork and other protected material, except where an open-source licence or other stated permission applies. Apple and other third-party names remain the property of their owners.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Privacy & support
Our privacy policy explains local storage, optional Apple services and information you choose to share. For help, including data deletion instructions, visit Support.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the app and website develop. Changes will be shown on this page with an updated date. Changes do not remove any rights you already have under applicable law.
